Our factory in Costa Rica has an organization in the Dept. Of Spare Parts that obeys the same corporate standards of Daewoo Bus Corp., application the same placement system and location of pieces and parts, as well as the same code processes and numeration of the same ones. One of the big advantages that Daewoo Bus Costa Rica has is that, to the manufacturing being, it has 100% of the non alone pieces of the chassis, but rather also of the chassis, ending up guaranteeing the satisfaction in existence of parts in 97% of the local clients. Additionally has another advantages for the local client as: service to home and system of discounts and credit for clients with good credit record.
As an integral part of our services that lends our company in the support area to the client it is our Department of Service. We have a group of mechanics specialized in chassis DAEWOO, with wide experience in team self-driven heavy and vast capacity to assist the client's necessities in Preventive Maintenance (guarantee revisions, basic repairs, etc), as well as in Corrective Maintenance (revisions and non attributable repairs to Guarantee) likewise, we have two vehicles and basic equipment to make after-sales consultant visits to the local clients, as well as to offer service of Emergency. As last point, but not less important, we have a Plan of Training for the mechanics of our clients, imparted according to an annual program by our specialized technicians.
